Today is 5th day after surgery and I've just discovered the lovely photos my husband has shared with the world. I have no shame anymore. I'm feeling stronger and better everyday. Go to the Doctor for bandage re-wrap. Clay's out of town and Mom's here with me helping with getting kids off on time and making sure they comb their hair. Thanks Mom!

Your comments, cards, flowers, food, and gifts have all been so touching to my family. Thanks for caring. I don't know how to get through something like this without family and good friends. It means so much to me.

Barbie! I'm so happy to know that you are feeling well enough to blog!! Are you watching day time TV? I can get into some Lifetime movies when home from school myself. LOL! I am sure your puppies are delighted to have you there for them. I wish I could bring you a big bag of peanut M&M's and we could pick out our favorite colors. (do you remember when we did that at Rick's?)

I miss those days. Remember the earthquake?! I tell my students that I was sleeping through it and you had to wake me up and their eyes get big like no way.
I'm catching up on some shows and reading all I can about chemo to get edumacated but get sleepy a lot.
