Hello, went to see surgeon for bandage change on Tuesday and I don't care for that so much. Too tiring to be sitting up for an hour. (Thanks for the help Mom.)
Came down with an upper respitory infection or chest cold this a.m.. Got Rx for that and hope it stops the cough. Deep breaths are not fun right now with tubing there and muscle spasms. I am enjoying the vacation though, no schedule, no where to be at any certain time. Mom and Dad did a steller job of getting kids off to school two days in a row. Thanks. Clay will be home tonight.
Other surgeon called yesterday afternoon and told me all three tests that were done post-op on lymph nodes, margins, and tissue are clear! But she'll probably recommend chemo for the size of the tumor (5mm).
Next steps are see surgeon on next Tuesday - remove drains- Yay!
See oncologist next Friday, the 1st - to get her recommendation on chemo/ and or radiation.
Thanks for all the awesome meals, treats, flowers, cards! I miss you and appreciate your support greatly.
